Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • Shipping Lead Times: Orders under 100g will typically ship within 1-2 weeks. Orders up to 1kg may require 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Shipping Areas: We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are shipped via standard methods using FedEx and UPS for both domestic and international shipments.

  • PO Box Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical shipping address when placing your order.

 

  • International Customs & Fees: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for customs-related delays. Please check with your local authorities for regulations before ordering.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the weight of your order.

 

Damaged & Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@indigochem.com within 30 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage so we can assist you.

  • Lost Shipments: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


Cancellations & Returns

  • Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, you must report it within 30 days of delivery. We handle defective product claims on a case-by-case basis.


Returned to Sender (RTS) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to being undeliverable or rejected, we will deduct the following from your refund:

  • Shipping fees (original and return shipping)

  • A 20% restocking fee for the product

  • Condition of RTS Products: Products must be in resalable condition for a refund to be issued.
